The FREE 45min initial consultation gives you an opportunity to understand how the therapy process works, including the science behind it and how your brain works. By the end of it, you’ll have an in-depth understanding of what our time together would look like as well as understanding why you feel the way that you do. There is no obligation to go ahead with sessions after the consultation, but most people decide to do so!
